Gainsborough Lecture
As *Love and Landscape: Stanley Spencer in Suffolk* continues at the Stanley Spencer Gallery, we are delighted to welcome Mahaut de La Motte, Assistant Curator at Gainsborough’s House, for a talk exploring Thomas Gainsborough and the Suffolk landscape that shaped his art.
Mahaut will discuss significant paintings and drawings, including works secured on loan for Gainsborough’s House’s forthcoming exhibition in May 2027, celebrating the 300th anniversary of Gainsborough’s birth.
